When I have typed in; BEING REAL, this only for the f word I have used.

I will explain here why this word gets used.

Firstly: The first words I was taught to say when I was 2 years old; by my ex mother, were far worse swear words. Words to call my biological father by.

A toddler or young child does not know that these words are swear words, and can be frowned upon; especially by the people who esteem themselves as; self righteous.

Secondly; I heard far worse swearing; as a girl born into an occult family.

Thirdly: These words I also used whenever I felt threatened; not to be rude, but just make the person/s threatening me to be caught off guard; hesitate from bad behaviour they were exhibiting/doing towards me.

And finally: The Apostle Paul wrote: “We are to be all things to all men (people).” Please look up these Holy Bible verses for yourselves; please keep in mind that I have a lot going on in my real life at this time.

What Paul is saying here; is so very simple. EG: how on earth would I relate to everyday hurting people if I was a prude?

These people we find in pubs, prisons, mental hospitals, homeless; and lying on our streets, and all the ones down trodden; these ones always at the back of the churches.

For all who have been churched, yes I did spend 7 long years looking at every denomination of churches; in my 30’s and early 40’s. Please get un-churched and come back to the simple Truth of the Holy Bible.

Please be REAL with hurting people; human beings.

This too is: Love, Patience, Kindness, Humility and Long Suffering.

As we do not know why hurting human beings, men, women, teenagers and children are in self defence?

We need to stop and listen to these hurting human beings; not just with our ears, but with our hearts.

This is what has happened to my mobility scooter that I used to use daily.

I used to use it daily in NSW at the Caravan Park in Failford.

It cost me, $2,500.00 in 2013.

In 2014 M. Mathews and I returned to Queensland, because; he was fearful of the NSW Police!

And the first house we rented in Yarraman my mobility scooter was left outside in the weather, all types of weather, with only a ripped plastic tarp partially covering my mobility scooter.

Then we moved to another rental house in Yarraman, it was partially under cover, with a back yards shaded area.

But here in Tarong, it was pulled apart, as can be seen in these 2 photos, then it got covered with an old sheet.

It sits in the shed we are permitted to use, to park our cars in.

It sits like this, right next to my car.

I have of course pulled the old sheet off my now fucked mobility scooter.

7 long years it has sat like this.

Why should my fucked mobility scooter be covered up?

And am I angry about this?

Of course I’m fucking angry.

And this is just one thing, there are many more reasons why I’m fucking angry.

I cannot with my strength alone; even do these types of destructions to my or other peoples property.

Not withstanding that both of my hands are fucked.

Well, my hands partially work, but I pay a price, price of pain.

Whatever; I have been in physical pain/s all my life.

And the pain of living with a ‘person’ 24/7 with this mindset.

I will be absent for a time from here, as I do need to pack up my belongings, find somewhere else to live, attend to my daily needs, and attend to my ill cats.

I also need to follow through, in finishing off the Lawful Injustices committed against both: Michael Mathews and myself; in regards to this toxic house.

This house that has caused many more illnesses, and pre existing illnesses; angst.

I need to do this, as I would not be able to live with myself; if these same Unlawful Injustices happened to other innocent people; (prospective tenants); people/families just looking for a house to live in.

My last forgiveness to: Michael Mathews.

I have not spoken the words: I forgive you, as they only lead to conflicts, and misunderstandings.

I have chosen to my final act of forgiveness in deed, not words.

As I have no access to a printer, I have sent this typed up this detailed forgiveness as a text message to his phone,

As I do not have access to a printer, this is unsigned, but is still valid, in light of not being able to print it out and sign it in my name: Renee Emmanuel.

Yesterday, being: Friday 4th July 2025, I also sent him a text message to his phone, that the Electricity Account and its Bills in my name; will be disconnected on Tuesday 8th July 2025.

And when I receive the Final Bill in my name, he will need to pay for half of the Electricity Bill. He has agreed with a return text message to myself to pay half of my final Electricity Charges: Bill for this rental house.

My actual typed up detailed final forgiveness as follows to: Michael Mathews.

Hi, Michael you will now need to finish off what I had only just begun; cleaning all the inside/outside of the windows. Rubbish removal, etc.

Cleaning up the garden beds, removing all grass, weeds and pruning.

Hiring a Carpet Cleaner for the 3 bedrooms (2 lounge rooms are exempt due to the many roof leaks, water damages, and all the black stains in carpets, including the green growth in the houses added on lounge rooms carpet). 

As I had previously discussed with the Owner: Malcolm Ryan when I was doing a new lease agreement with him, I would only be able to hire a carpet cleaning service for the 3 bedrooms.

You will also need to consult with either Nanango Real Estate Agents; or the owner of this house: Malcolm Ryan with the faulty reverse cycle air conditioner in the large added on lounge room, that consistently shuts down on the heating mode. 

I had also informed: Malcolm Ryan about this Maintenance issue too. Only the reverse cycle air conditioner was replaced in your lounge room, and works as should, as you know.

You will also need to consult with the above; RE: the threadbare rag curtains x4 double sets that were the only thin drape/curtains in this house when we moved in just over 7 years ago. 

There is also an old falling apart lace curtain in the bathroom, I took it off the clothesline when we moved in, washed it and hung it back up on the curtain rod that is too short, and falls out.

And of course you will need to consult about the filthy carpets, warped, buckled walls, offensive stench from either the carpet or walls, or foundation, ceiling.

As the 2 bedrooms we use have partial holland blinds: (1 of them has always been broken in your bedroom), and these old raggy and now threadbare curtains.

Along with all the ill fitting holland blinds in the added on large lounge room, with their broken and non working chains, to raise them up and down, and that they are falling apart; as you well know. 

Thank you for the many times that you have with your strength managed to get these falling apart holland blinds up and down.

As these were all Maintenance issues I had discussed, many times with both the owner of this house: Malcolm Ryan, and Nanango Real Estate Agents, with the every 3 monthly House Inspections; all the above I have raised with both parties; to no avail.

As you know, he has fixed some of the long years of NO maintenance issues, I was especially grateful for the fly screens, and fly screen doors, as you know how much I struggle with all types of bites. 

Thank you over the years that you have tried to put ointments and dressings on these very large pussy bites; that took months to heal.

The Owner of this rental house: Malcolm Ryan has also finally fixed the back doors. 7 years after we moved into this house, only now the house can even be fully locked. This means if you want to have a holiday, the house can be locked up, and no need to worry about your personal possessions inside.

He has also finally replaced the hot water service, I am glad about this; otherwise you would have NO hot water for showering in winter, like we had for approximately 5 years, with the old hot water service only getting partial fixes over this period of time.

You will need to climb back up on the flat roof; being the added on large lounge rooms roof and remove the satellite dish for me: the last day as I move out. As you know I cannot climb a ladder and get on any roofs.

I have returned to you the houses new toilet seat/lid. It has been scrubbed clean, and was stored in a rose scented plastic bag. I have returned to the toilet, and the toilet brush to clean the bowl.

I have given you x4 bath towels, x2 hand towels (for the toilets handbasin), x4 face washers, and x2 brand new cotton tea towels. I have washed these to remove all chemicals.

So far I have only given you x1 bathmat, as I said to you; I will need to wash another x2 bathmats.

You had already decided to keep all my old frypans, pots, lids, utensils, and knives. I will be taking with me all the new ones I had brought; as their handles are secure.

I will also be taking all the matching crockery, and cutlery sets. I will leave you the other mismatched crockery and cutlery, as you have always expressed no interest in these items; as to whether they are cracked, or matching.

I will leave you half of the fridge/freezers storage containers, x1 of them is in the shed, with some sort of hard set filler? stuck to it. You can also have this one.

I will leave you the latest; approximately 5 year old Westinghouse frost free fridge/freezer.

I will leave you the microwave oven and the stand alone kitchen drawers it sits on.

I will leave you the chest freezer; as you know I cannot reach into these types of freezers.

I will leave you the expensive electric juicer that you brought for me, the first time I had the massive weight loss; in 2010/11.

I will naturally leave you; all your food.

I will be taking all my electric bench top cooking appliances, my Kenwood Chef Mixer, its utensils, mixing bowls, cake tins, baking dishes, utensils, etc.

I will also be taking the last brought bench top oven/hotplates, I brought last year; as the owner has replaced the old non working gas stove top; electric oven with a new electric stove. As you already know.

I will be taking my x2 new oven mitts, as you prefer to use a tea towel. If you need more than x2 tea towels, I can give you more.

I have left new dishcloths, scourers and Dishwashing Liquids under the kitchen sink. You can also have the x2 plungers.

I will be taking the latest costly washing machine, as you prefer twin tubs, or baths to wash clothing, bedding etc in, rather than fully automatic washing machines. Especially all the modern digital appliances, you have commented on how much you dislike these, for many years; and also commented to other people, your distaste for modern appliances.

I will be taking the modern digital clothes dryer, with the annoying alarm when its cycle has finished.

I will leave you x1 wash basket, the mop you brought, and the roller type bucket I brought for it.

I will taking the lightweight mop, and its bucket that I brought.

You already have dozens of plastic buckets outside, I will only be taking x1 plastic bucket, and my small clothes soaking bucket I recently brought.

There are already many brooms both inside and outside this house, I will only be taking the last lightweight one I brought. I will only be taking the last non bending dustpan set I brought, all the other ones you can have.

I will be taking my Miele Pet Hair vacuum cleaner, and both of the damaged heads for it. I will buy another roller brush head after I move out. As you know the black, and green growth carpets have destroyed both of my roller brush heads.

I will leave you the; x2 double sets of thermal drapes I brought for your bedroom, as we are in the heart of winter; along with the plastic coated metal rods.

Naturally I will leave you your bed, that was brought when we moved in here. Along with all the bedding, winter and summer sheet sets. They are in the linen closet outside your bedroom.

I will also leave for you, the winter; feather/down quilt, I brought for you; as you may finally understand that this is a good item for winter use.

In the same linen closet is another quilted mattress protector for whenever you change your bedding.

As you know due to lack of storage in this rental house, there is also more of your clothing I had put in there, after I had washed and dried it all.

I will leave you the 2nd hand gentleman’s wardrobe, in your bedroom that I brought for you, and got delivered.

I will also leave you, the mobile clothes stand, that is in the un-usable 3rd bedroom. And you know why this bedroom is un-usable; raw asbestos.

I will leave you the old small broken legged coffee table, and small broken bookcase that sits on it, that are next to your bed; as you have preferred to use these items.

I will leave you, your cracked lamp stand, that has no shade cover, also beside your bed.

I will leave you your shoe rack, and the other 2nd hand lamp I brought that is in the foyer for overnight soft light, for use when needed to use the toilet.

Naturally I will leave you all the plastic orange juice bottles, filled with water, for when the many power outages happen, and without power; as you know, there’s no water.

Naturally I will leave all your belongings in this front porch as well.

As you know I have recently brought wood for the wood heater, due to being  very cold in the added on lounge room, with the reverse air conditioner not working for heat; any wood that is left you are welcome to have. 

There may not be much of it left, as the wood heater now doesn’t shut down; I’ve been burning wood far too quickly.

I paid $360.00 for the 2 wood deliveries and kindling, but you are welcome to what will be left. I do not want any money for this.

I will be taking all my bedroom furniture, bedding, etc

I will also be taking my old bed, and x1 side table that is in the; spare bedroom. I have used the new mattresses plastic shipping cover to protect my old mattress.

I will leave in this rental house, the several wooden bowed curtain rods, that were here when we first moved in; as they belong to this rental house.

I will also leave you the small electric fan heater, for use in the bathroom; as it is a very cold room.

I will leave you the x2 non smart tv’s, as you have very clearly stated how much you dislike the new smart tv’s.

I will take the new x2 smart tv’s.

I will only be taking x1 bookcase, I will leave you the other x3 of them.

I will be taking the 2nd hand tv cabinet I brought, and had delivered; when I also donated a little amount of worthwhile furniture/s.

I will be taking the newer x3 lamps I have brought.

I will leave you with your desk lamp, and your desk, and your falling apart office chair.

I will be taking my old desk, and newer office chair. As you know the old one I had, the foam was coming out of it, and after it got water damages the gas lift would no longer work.

I will be leaving your expensive HP Printer, I do not know how to fix it. You have told me several times that you have brought a new Printer, I will not be buying anymore Printers.

I will take my old water damaged Printer, both of my water destroyed laptops, and all of my Medical Imagery, paperwork, results, etc that are destroyed from the roof water leaks. I will not leave my useless junk here for you to deal with.

I will be taking my water damaged recliners, especially my newer expensive electric lift recliner.

I will also be taking the old 2nd hand recliners, we both brought at the last rental house in Yarraman; as you know these are the cats beds, thankfully they were away from the many years of roof leaks.

I will take the old side table I use, that sits between my water damaged recliners, its not in good condition, as it also got water damaged, but this is all I have to use.

I will naturally be taking this last small stereo I brought, as again its a modern item, ones you don’t like; and you have not shown interest in any of the many stereos I have brought, or all the cd’s I brought for you, or copied for you on my old x4 laptops; the ones that were capable to rip/burn cd’s.

The external back up drives, also got water damaged, I will also not leave more junk here for you to have to deal with. I will sort out my junk items after I have moved, as I’ve learnt to do it this way.

I will be taking all of my thermal drapes, ones I brought for my bedroom x3 double sets; I needed extra covering in my bedroom, your lounge room, x2 double sets, the spare bedroom, x1 double set. As well as all the new curtain rods I brought, as you know; you have never expressed any interest in items like these.

I will also be taking all of my lace curtains, their tasselled tie backs, and other lace ones I used with all the lace curtains.

Thank you that you had hung up all the drapes and curtains. They are cheap to buy from the Discount Store in Nanango. 

You will need to return some of the threadbare curtains to my bedroom after I have left this house, with the old bowed dowel curtain rods; as they belong in this room.

Some of the curtain rod brackets were here, but the rest as you know I needed to go and buy more, it was annoying as I hadn’t measured the old drill holes in the window frames first; I had to return some of the brackets that were wrong sized for the correct sizes for the already drilled holes from previously removed curtain rod brackets.

I will also be taking my old mobility scooter; as you have said that I overpaid for it; I should give it to someone in need, otherwise I am being very selfish. I thought about this, and then I thought, well maybe you are right, why dump it down the tip, I may find someone desperate enough to want it.

You can also have the brand new ream of copy paper I had brought, when your Printer used to work.

I will be taking all the new power boards I have brought, you can keep all the old ones.

Im not sure about the extension leads, I may leave them all for you. I’m not comfortable using the old ones with burns, and where you had cut with knives the ends that would not fit, the 3 pronged electrical appliances.

You also have more like these that you use outside with your whipper snipper and in the shed where only your car will be parked.

You can also keep the very large was lovely rug that has been put underneath either of our cars.

I will be taking my small Persian rug, and my other x2 medium sized rugs. I will get them professionally cleaned, as they also have been on these carpets.

Naturally I will leave you, your lawn mower, whipper snipper, wheelbarrow, car ramps, drills, more ladders, your work benches, tools, heavy shovels, old sheets, old drapes, tarps, etc.

I will be taking my small tool box, I will leave you my old bigger one, that is also broken. Thank you for the thought of the bigger one, but its too heavy for me.

I will be taking all the cleaning products, laundry detergents etc.

I will give you the clothes line peg holder, and all the washing pegs, and x1 wash basket.

I will be taking all my personal items, and women’s items from the bathroom.

I have made sure you have your own personal items and mens items are in the bathroom. There are plenty in the cabinet, due to driving for shopping.

I have already given you x7 cakes of soaps; as you know I cannot use harsh products on my extra sensitive skin. I am taking my Medicine Container.

I am also taking all the shampoos and conditioners; as you have clearly said so many times, you prefer to use just water to wash your hair.

And naturally both of the cats; as I went and got them as surrendered pets from the: RSPCA, both they, and all their belongings will leave with me. 

This also includes all of their dry food, if you wish to continue feeding feral cats, you will need to go shopping and buy dry food to do so.

There probably are some miscellaneous items that will need to be dealt with. I will work out what remains to be either taken by me, or left behind with you.

So I have been looking at this now swollen finger, with this huge imbedded splinter; and I gave it some thought

I have added below M. Mathews receipt for his purchased used windows 11 laptop

this one that now sits at his old haunting place, in the lounge room I use

I really need to ask you Michael; at Michael’s Computer Services in Nanango

How is it that I have brought in my; one brought brand new windows laptop, 2018, and my old previously brought brand new laptop, 2017; that I had continual issues with, and they never got fixed?

How is it, that M. Mathews brought two used laptops from you, and they work?

How come after I have paid you hundreds of dollars for mine to be repaired, they still did not work?

And just out of curiosity; do you still manage all the: Primary and High Schools Computers

The ones for our Australian children and teenagers?

I’m just a curious person, as over the years with paying to get my laptops fixed, I have encountered pc repairers unlocking AFP locked pc’s with child pornography in them.
