And a Good Morning, Good Afternoon, Good Evening and Good Night

Our last little friend that came into the house via the toilet bowl

This is number 33, I thought just case you may not have believed how fabulous this house is, I would show you

Thanks, another big clap of hands, trying to stop me getting into my Website, YAY to you all …………. this list seems to be growing

Do you also enjoy all the songs I go and listen to, I have taken you to many Christian sites, Holy Bible Scriptures, even sites selling sewing machines, as well

I do have a God given sense of humour, I have only been showing you Wonderful things for the past 19? odd years, but I will give you some leeway, as I was stopped from going online so very often in times gone by.

But I still did manage to show you these Wonderful things; somehow

Such a shame, I really thought/think you need to learn Gods Holy Words, to help you all; re: Understanding, Justice, Love, Mercy, Truth

Now; Owners Malcolm and Donna Ryan, I know after 7 years of the revolting septic system outside our bedrooms were fixed, but the septic tank overflow just outside the old broken steel mesh, mostly missing fences, well it still needs attending to.

As this is where frogs get into the septic system too, as you have NO Knowledge, I do need to point this out.

Another lesson on the way today, lucky aren’t we all

And for all my avid readers, these 33 frogs didn’t just stay in the smallest room, on their porcelain throne

They came into all rooms in the house, they especially liked to come and visit me when I was in bed sleeping

They loved to jump on my face, when I was sound asleep.

And as I am a Chronic Asthma Sufferer, I do leave my door open a little bit, yeah that one on the fucked up rollers, that I can barely open or close.

As I don’t need the windows open, they are so draughty, even closed, (cheap aluminium ones that don’t fit) so I already have enough fresh/polluted air coming in

And by the way not all the fly screens were fixed properly, many still had the old too small frames, with big gaps still put back in with only new mesh, abcd, lesson

Unfortunately I had the usual phone problems…I couldn’t get the photo of Niagara Falls running down, the double door opening. The doors here are the cheap plastic concertina ones, also with plastic missing, don’t close, don’t meet up, etc, etc

As can been seen in the 2nd photo, both lounge rooms copped all this water, and not only my expensive x2 recliners, my latest one that took me years to save up for, an electric lift chair recliner

But also the sectional lounge suite like minded M.Mathews uses, copped this filthy roof, wall, gutters water from the Niagara Falls, and it was brought brand new when we moved into this ‘house’; like minded to Malcolm Ryan, both of them non-human beings

Anyways at the time of this major flooding from the houses extension roof, Malcolm Ryan decided that to call out a Carpet Cleaning Company would only make this worse, as he believes (he is cheap, doesn’t like to spend money, only raise the rent) telling me that it would only add more water to these carpets?

You know what: Stupid one, I let you run with this BS

Oh my, I am being silly again, forgetting the many times over the many years I had told you: Malcolm Ryan: Owner of this TOXIC house, that I am a qualified Home Designer.

Now I need to educate you on what this is; are we having fun yet?

A Home Designer is NOT a home/house Decorator, although I did start with this qualification, but as: I AM apt to do, I decided to extend my own learning: Knowledge

Home Designers, let’s see; shit this is boring: Re-Design existing homes.

Make all the house areas work for the human beings; ie, every age group, able bodied and disabled human beings, as we all don’t know what may happen to us, could end up in wheel chairs, paraplegics, anything can happen to anyone you know

Especially driving on our roads with other people not even having a Car Drivers License, and very questionable Car Registration, who is going to; who will pay for not only Hospital Bills, who can any innocent person call on; maybe better call: Ghostbusters

Now I am being silly again, Public Hospital wait lists go on, only for years and for years, and for years.

And how do I know this?

Been waiting, then gave up on waiting so very long, re; knee replacements, oh my Soul, how I love using steps, feet, knees, and only one handrail, with both of the steps into this ‘house’

Bless my Soul, Oh God my Revenger

Then there is the need for Home Care, Disability Services, and who will pay for all this, when the causes are done Unlawfully, even Illegally

In other words the homes actually work for the human beings; not against them, when a Home Designer is Employed, Engaged, etc. yawn

And yes all areas of the home get utilised too,

NO dead spaces, even walls, doorways, windows, linen, (broom – utility closets, sorry you would not know what these are), and pretty paint jobs as well

But also all the Tradesmen need to be Hired and Supervised, to make sure the work is done to Health, Safety Standards.

And this does of course include outside: Lighting, da da,

Steps, Pathways, Septic Tanks, Fencing, Water Tanks, even Swimming Pools (not here, not enough water tanks; and never been cleaned), and Fencing for Swimming Pools; their Gates, keeping babies, young children Safe; oh shit everything for Safety, for the human beings

And as you know there is only one doorway to this house without steps, the main front doors.

NO outside lighting, NO keys for 3 doors. x1 Security Door, x1 Main Front Door, and x1 Glass Insert Door, that the glass was smashed out when we first viewed this house

All these doors have locks, that need keys to open them, Cannot use these doors with carrying in the shopping, Need to use steps x 2, with only one handrail first

And you: Malcolm Ryan saying the smashed out glass did not need replacing, that door to the front porch where all the mice come into the house, even telling me the dangers of baits you had put down; re, my cats, lethal poisoning

I naturally replied: Yes it does need new glass in this door

Why did I believe this needed to be replaced, now that’s the burning question?

As the front porch also has an old peeling painted cold concrete floor, ceilings also with mould, more old ill fitting aluminium windows, ripped fly screens, ill fitted, too small for windows, no privacy, (again lack of drapes) also the Law in Rental Homes

And: WOW the most useable power points to this ‘house’ — x 8 newer actual double working power points for a small entrance porch. wtf

Only x 3 double power points in this added on lounge room that’s big enough to be a spacious 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, lounge, or even a 2 bedroom if configured correctly, with its own Front Door, but those steps, what the hell?

Taking my life into my own hands trying to use them, the ones closest to the shed we are permitted to park our cars in

And oh my, the outside Light there, faces the wrong way, opposite the doorway, huh?

And that is why we who work in this field of: Home Design cost a lot of money to Hire.

Even this Lesson, costs lots of money, as I have given you much advice, Inspection Quote, (7 years plus: Quote), and of course, but wait there is still more, if I can be bothered

I will add it to the Unlawful, Deceitful ill gotten gained money from me

$640 and ALL (not just half in my name only) the Bond Money now tied up in Nanango Real Estate Agents

Another burning question?

Why are you all so obsessed with my measly Disability Support Pension Payments, and where is my Final Electricity Bill?

How am I supposed to get a New Electricity Connection in another house, how am I supposed to move when you have all Stolen so much money from me, and somehow pay a Removalist Company as well?

Lets see, as obviously you all cannot count either, just as well I was first a Bookkeeper, then an Accountant, 1234

Thus far, I have only found another run down house for myself to rent $400 per week, in Fun Queensland; as I cannot drive long distances: No More

One months rent in advance = $1,600, yawn, evil is so predictably Boring

Bond Money to be held: In Public Government Trust Account – the same as above; being, one month rent, oh shit, I know you can’t keep up; $1,600

And NO I am not doing any spreadsheets etc, for you non-humans

Electricity Connection Cost, if I ever get my Final Bill for here (another cost of money for me too), and of course the: Electricity Bills every 3 months, go work it out for yourselves; if you can

Removal Costs, as I am a Disabled woman, I also need them to pack up my belongings too, boxes, and wardrobe boxes also cost money, men moving furniture, yawn, women packing my belongings, another yawn

Have you got any idea how much money, time, sweat, and pain I have endured trying to live in this slum house, trying to even clean this disaster of a ‘house’?

wtf, you lot?

Whereas a Home Decorator, well you may; get a little of a kitchen for example, laid out in the useable triangle, pretty things added, no structural works that need doing, they don’t get done, but hey they cost a lot less, but still overpriced, and you may have a nice looking kitchen, with some real wood, mostly the cheap fake wood, and naturally the walls will be painted.

I also worked for a Designer Kitchen Company. Shame LinkedIn only lets me list 5 jobs

As everyone doesn’t have the time to deal with so many tradesmen, know all our Laws, and Unlawful Councils By-Laws. The need for a Home Designer to Oversee all this.

Sigh, oh my Soul longs for Justice.

Now my apologies I need to interrupt this lesson for Malcolm and Donna Ryan, as I have just been informed that my yearly 2nd review for my Government Restricted Pain Medication was NOT done, like I had been told it would, from a Doctor at Kingaroy Hospital.

The First time I went to the Public Hospital in Kingaroy Emergency Department for my right ankle, second time was for my left ankle

I was told with the first appointment this Doctor would be the Second Yearly verifying Doctor for my Government restricted Pain Medication, NOT DONE

And just in case anyone here doesn’t know, besides this Chronic Housing Shortage, there is also a Chronic Doctor Shortage. ie all the Doctors working at the Kingaroy Public Hospital, don’t even live anywhere near the Hospital, they have long drives into work,

All the Local Doctors Surgeries are booked out, I cannot even get another Doctor locally for this BS Government Pain Medication Verification, and the Medication isn’t updated either; RE: Need a new Pain Management Plan, but you can stick your head shrinkers, thank you

But then again, I also witnessed, watched, heard and had other people speaking with me at Kingaroy Public Hospital; both times of waiting so very, many, many hours

Not impressed, with what I seen and heard, but then again the occult and Government have always worked together, oh shit, can’t forget the Salvos: God bless you all

HELLO AGAIN: Queensland Police, you lot too: God bless you too

Stick the lesson for Malcolm and Donna Ryan, and Nanango Real Estate Agents, I now find this too Boring, as I Hate Injustice, being the evil it is
