I have needed to come back and clarify the rent arrears, and dates below; whilst Michael Mathews is yet again driving on the public roads without a Car Driver’s License and questionable Car Registration

A couple of hours later. I have added the photo of the final correct way to fix the septic system. Whilst M. Mathews is driving on the public roads, without a Driver’s License and his questionable Car Registration. We as paying tenants; only had to wait 7 years for 3 plates to be bolted over the septic system’s large holes.

Deb Frecklington: you are not just the Member for Parliament for this District; you are also: Queensland Attorney General.…I don’t know why I paid hundreds of dollars for Driving Lessons over 4 decades ago; or why on earth I pay for Car Driver’s Licenses, Car Registration and also my own Private Car Insurance; actually I don’t know why any Queenslander should pay these; as it is apparently obvious that none of this matters! RE: Michael Mathews continually driving on the Public Roads; the roads all Aussies use, and yes families, babies, young children, etc endangered by this act of defiance; SHAME ON YOU: Deb Frecklington.

And Malcolm Ryan: Owner of this house. You used to send either of us a text message whenever you would burn off the overgrown grass, yet yesterday when I was very unwell you didn’t notify either Michael Mathews or myself.

I also ended up even sicker; as I am very unwell and I was trying to rest.

Instead we get the Fire and Rescue Trucks, with their motors running, quad bikes and Ambulance Service; wtf?

I no longer have my electric nebuliser; for my Chronic Asthma; as it got all the water damages from your un-attended roof issues; leaks for years and it went mouldy. UN-USEABLE

Yesterday all this smoke came into the house before I could close all the doors and windows.

And none of you outside the property line; and there were so many of you, even came onto the rental houses property, and knocked on the door.

All kept their noisy trucks, engines etc running.

Thanks; I was trying to rest yesterday: Sunday, in peace and quiet; instead I had my Asthma out of control; needed nasal sprays and eye drops.

I also ended up with a migraine from both; the house filled with smoke, and all the noise!

It’s bad enough that the reverse cycle air-con keeps cutting out on the heat setting; and yes I clearly told you about this when we were both signing the new lease agreement in this lounge room. Even after you shook my hand as well in agreement; something I don’t normally do; due to both of my hands having damages, and I also find this an unbecoming act for ladies to do.

And I have also informed you about the wood heater not working properly. You had told me after you cleaned the chimney, that you also needed to do something more with it; and as per usual: NOTHING. I have enough smoke in the house from this, and windows needing to be open; we are experiencing a cold front at the moment; as you know!

I’ve needed to see eye Specialists since moving into your toxic house; this one that you told us both: ALL maintenance issues would be fixed before we moved in; and for years now I’ve also nearly; completely lost all senses of smell and taste.

I also am disgusted with you ignoring the text message I sent to you about one of your cows in distress. As I have kindly informed you many times over the years when I have heard anything wrong with your cattle. Regardless of all this BS you have caused, I find this situation also very distressing; and disgusting.

And I AM: still waiting for you to refund me the rent arrears money: $640.00

And to the jerks who howl like wolves every night near this property; well I can only say, this does not affect me. But my God and King also hear you.

I think these non-humans forget my upbringing; the upbringing I was forced to endure, growing up in an occult family.

In this last email you have sent to me; after the many times I have told you; do NOT CONTACT ME, you have yourself stated in this email that you have posted this so called vital information to me.

Naturally I will receive this postal mail, I cannot understand why you’re frantic over it.

It’s a Bill, I always get all the Bills. Anything that will cost me $$; money; I get. This mail never gets intercepted/stolen etc.

Please calm yourself down; this is very unprofessional behaviour.

Maybe you are now frantic due to the many photos you took with each x3 monthly house inspections; when you came out here every 3 months, took the photos; told me you had passed all the maintenance issues onto the Owner of this slum house: Malcolm Ryan.

Or maybe you’re now frantic; due to the fact that Company you work for; has Unlawfully obtained $640.00.

The rent arrears I paid directly from my Bank Account; to Malcolm Ryan’s Account.

This money: Malcolm Ryan ( owner of this slum house ) CHOSE to send to your Companies Account; instead of re-imbursing me.

I know if I was working for such an disgusting Company, I would probably end up frantic; but then again when I was younger, I worked for many small and large Companies.

And if any of these Companies behaved Unlawfully, do you know what I used to do?

LEAVE. Go find another job, with Companies with Ethics, Scruples, and definitely not breaking LAWS.

For all my wonderful visitors; and to all the human beings here today, I will add a few photos; of the wonderful 7+ years of paying rent for this slum rental house; owned by: Malcolm Ryan; now again; under the Management of: Nanango Real Estate Agents: 59 Drayton St, Nanango. Old. 4615; all SlumLords

( Please note this one long term 7 year maintenance issue did finally get fixed; 7 years after M. Mathews and myself signed the first and ONLY Lease Agreement; for rental with this property.

Also both M. Mathews and myself were clearly told: ALL the Maintenance issues would be dealt with; before we moved into this house; by both the Owner: Malcolm Ryan, and the Estate Agents from hell.

The Septic Tank outside x2 Bedrooms, both of these bedrooms we use; as the 3rd bedroom is un-usable; re, raw asbestos.

But not to worry; I did eventually get over the mosquito infestations; and the bites from them; as during this time, all the fly screens to the slum house; needed replacing, along with the fly screen doors, x3

They all now too; are replaced, re screened, etc; 7 years after we took up residency here; this slum house.

Just in regard to our 18a Rental Agreement form that we had agreed on.
I had concerns about Michael Mathews not being a signatory on it and that he was still living there and that it was on your word that he was leaving in the near future.
On that I sought advice from the RTA website and Nanango Real estate as they are the current rental manager of the property.
I then contacted Michael and asked his intent to leave or stay, to which he replied with that he has no intension to leave.
For either Tenant to leave a “Notice of intention to Leave” – Form 13 must be completed/signed and sent to/handed into the Office.
We also have decided to stay with Nanango Real Estate as the property manager. As we just don’t have the time to deal with the account.
They will be in contact with yourself and Michael this afternoon.
We have transferred the $640 being for the next 2 weeks rent you had paid to me to the Nanango Real Estate Trust account.
Nanango Real Estate will the contact RTA in regards to the Bond.
Please only contact Nanango Real Estate about the above and ALL moving forward.

I will not be staying in your house. Refer email sent to you. Michael Mathews will need to pay ALL the rent arrears and repair ALL damages to your house, and finish the gardening, cleaning windows, house etc 
I am reporting both Nanango Real Estate and yourself for the negligence of lack of maintenance for 7 years, causing damages to myself.
Also in case you don’t know, there was never an entry condition report done when we moved in!

I now have problems contacting my GP with my new email address that I used with the Owner of this putrid rental house in Tarong, being: Malcolm Ryan.

It was bad enough that I have not had access with a Printer, to print out, sign, and return my signed permission forms, as my Medicare Forms for Doctors appointments get sent by email.

Due to the many years of; just my Australia Postal mail going missing!

So many forms from Government Departments, Doctors, Specialists, all my Health needs; never in the letter drum box, and Michael Mathews mail; arrives!

My Doctors Surgery kindly arranged for me to give my consent in my emails; now my emails are delivery failures!

My other old email account, these that I used on my old iPad, has lost all my contacts!

Only after I used my old iPad with my new email account to: Malcolm Ryan, who then took it upon himself to give my new email address to: Nanango Real Estate Agents….WITHOUT MY CONSENT

AS WELL AS NOT REFUNDING MONEY I HAD PAID HIM DIRECTLY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT; BUT CHOOSING TO TRANSFER MY MONEY TO: THE PATHETIC NANANGO REAL ESTATE AGENTS!

In regards to the Bond; ( Security Deposit $1,000.00 ) for this unliveable toxic rental house: this too has been paid WITHOUT MY CONSENT!

All previous rental properties M. Mathews and I rented: ALL BOND MONIES were both paid and held in the Trust Accounts, by me; and in my name ONLY.

The previous rental property in Yarraman, my refunded Bond money; was paid to these pathetic Real Estate Agents: Nanango Real Estate, in both: M. Mathews and my name.

I have yet to finish dealing with this obnoxious situation as well!

And just for kicks, this $640,00 was NOT 2 weeks rent money. It was money for rent arrears that M. Mathews caused. I was to pay another $640,00, in another 2 weeks time; the total amount of rent money, with the arrears; approximately the same amount of my fortnightly (x2 weeks) Disability Pension Payment.

The rent arrears were paid on the 25/06/2025, with the first 2 weeks of rent with the new lease agreement; done directly with the owner of this slum house: Malcolm Ryan and myself to be paid on the 01/07/2025

Both of the amounts of $640.00 were only 6 days apart; in the time of only one of my disability pension checks.

My Disability Support Pension: I get paid; $1,280.00 every 2 weeks; this is including a supplementary payment for Electricity Bill costs. EDITED FRIDAY 11TH JULY 2025

Meaning no money left for food, bills, etc. etc.

Thank Almighty God; I am NO longer on leases, nor bound by Law to either: Malcolm Ryan; or Nanango Real Estate Agents, 59 Drayton Street, Nanango, Queensland. 4615

I thank Almighty God for the Book of Revelation.

I also thank my Lord Jesus for the Apostle Paul, formerly known as: Saul of Tarsus.

Saul persecuted the early Believers, the ones who walked in The Way, and he even oversaw the death of Stephen.

Yet he was forgiven.

However his trials and tribulations were hard.

Do not expect an easy life belonging to the King of Kings, but then again is any life easy in this world?

Shallowness, instant gratification and this is too so very fleeting; it’s insatiable. Quick fixes, desires for No pain, and believing all the lies of how to: Have a happy Life.

The Apostle Paul fully understood the needs for both the Old and New Covenants. The complete fullness of I AM, and The Lion of Judah.

Something so very lacking with the pretend churches, who only pray for useless things, and of course always for money, status, and worldly fame.

Come on now, you peoples you’ve all seen these pretenders even on free to air tv.

These are the ones Christ Jesus will vomit out of his mouth.

Then there are the ones lurking in the shadows, they also infiltrate ALL churches, anything, everything that starts out for good, and it does not take them long to slither in.

Speaking of slither; I overcame my fear of snakes in my mid teenage years, yet I chose to let all the evil ones, and everyone else that I was still terrified by these pests.

And why do I choose to let all people believe I was still terrified of these pests?

I had many other fears still needing to be dealt with.

And I was certainly NOT going to let ANYONE know what they were; so I said BS, same as I ended up doing with every Torture Session. But that is another Living Story, from a long ago yesterday, and not for today.

I had spent my teenage years wagging (playing truant) from High School.

I used to go into the old mainstream churches, and so very quietly sit on the floor, in front of the pews and read the Holy Bible.

This was in a time, 1976 – 1978, when the mainstream churches had their doors open and Holy Bibles in the back of the pews for all to read.

It was a time before they all closed and locked up their doors.

I had read about the Apostle Paul when he was shipwrecked on the Isle of Patmos (Malta), and where he was adding some sticks, logs to the fire.

Do you know what he did when a viper attached itself to his hand?

He simply shook it off, it was a great testimony to the native peoples, as they were waiting for him to die. (It was a venomous snake).

But of course he did not die, instead Ancient of Days used this situation through Truth; being I AM the Way and the Life, and no-one comes to the Father except through Me. Being the Lamb that was slain, and also Risen, death He overcame.

I was going to screenshot the stink comments for Nanango Real Estate Agents, with the stupid replies, replies that would have been better left unsaid. These people, especially the female ones do not know Wisdom, and when to keep their mouths shut. Instead they make fools of themselves.

I actually can’t be bothered screenshotting this shit, you can easily look at comments, negative ones and find them if you so wish to do.

I’ve also had these female creatures violently thrust into my life, I know how they operate; and I do not fear them or anything else now; in this world. Amen

I am so very glad that I have reclaimed my Peace from this house and its land. It has come back to me.

No weapon formed against me shall prosper.

Please look up these Sacred Scriptures for yourselves, as I am not a Holy Bible, or Concordance. This is only if You wish to gain Understanding and Wisdom; and very much needed Discernment.

These non human, male and female creatures will and continue to scoff, asking; where is this Jesus?

He said he would come back soon, ha, it’s nearly 2 thousand years, ha, we can do whatever we want as he does not even exist, ha, ha.

Yet for those of us who know the times we are living in, this season, we all know He is here; as we are not blind.

And I am so very glad I claimed my Peace back to myself from this house and its land. Amen
