These agents have been a nightmare to deal with, their reviews stink too.

7 years ago when M. Mathews and I signed a lease agreement for this house to rent, there was NEVER an Entry Condition Report done!

By Law this must be done.

Furthermore over this 7 year period, they have done NO Condition Reports done on this house.

And Maintenance, I should say lack of Maintenance with this house has been outstanding, yes outstanding.

7 years with the septic tank not sealed, yes I have all photos, so do QSTAR.

This caused not only mosquito infestations, but so many years of frogs coming into the house, via the toilet bowl, and of course the stench outside our bedrooms.

There is a very long list of Maintenance: NOT attended to, the last being the many years of roof leaks in this large lounge room I use.

Yes, again all photos have been sent to QSTAR.

Then there was the ultimate roof leak; September 2023. And the results of many years of continual roof leaks both before and after this major roof leak.

You do realise that people cannot claim Insurance for their personal possessions with a known house repair issue, that to do so would be committing Insurance Fraud.

However, what I have lost from all this damage isn’t really the main issue here.

Its the black stained walls, black stained carpets, both lounge rooms, and the green growth on the carpet in the added on lounge room, the one I use.

Its all the holes in the ceilings, with more water damaged black stains.

Today you have apparently sent me an email, I have not yet checked my emails. You have sent me a text message, I’m NOT interested. You have tried to call me many times, I have rejected your calls.

You are only back because the Owner: Malcolm Ryan, who owns this so called liveable house, reneged on the Owner/Tenant Lease I had done with him, in my name only.

Michael Mathews has returned, he even drove out and brought another Printer a few days ago.

In the meantime I have missed appointments, buying food, taking 1 of my cats to the vets, picking up my prescriptions, including Ventolin (needed for Asthma). Why?

Because I was silly, I had a tug of war with M. Mathews, who is a strong man, over my drapes, which has caused more pain to my already damaged, neck, right shoulder, and both of my hands.

I haven’t been able to drive for several days.
